Bowen Therapy

Bowen is a therapeutic method developed in the 1950s by Thomas Bowen. The therapy involves gentle movements that are applied in a specific sequence and affect muscles, nerves, tendons and fascial structures to create the necessary restorative effect. The movements are arranged and applied in such a way as to create so-called “soliton waves” that last for several minutes and have an extraordinary restorative effect.
