My first encounter with yoga was in 1981, through Ventseslav Evtimov’s book Yoga. For 20 years I have been practicing the inner meditative techniques of Kriya yoga, including the so-called higher kriya.

I teach hatha yoga in several places. The activities I lead are “soft”, balanced practices, including asanas, breathing techniques, relaxing exercises aimed at relieving stress, cleansing the body, relieving some pain in various parts of the body, strengthening muscles and joints, strengthening the spine, calming the mind, increasing the ability to concentrate, meditative techniques aimed at various positive effects of Yoga. At certain hours, at the discretion of the teacher, techniques from Kriya Yoga can be taught and practiced – Kriya pranyama, Navi kriya, Talabia kriya, etc. The main principle in the classes is the individual approach. Classes can be attended by people of all ages, including those over 55.

* Certified yoga teacher at the Yoga Alliance (for hatha and ashtanga yoga, Ayurveda) through “Yogananda Foundation (Trust) with Himalaya Yoga Peeth International Research Institute of Yoga & Philosophy” – 200 hours.

* Postgraduate qualification “Yoga Coach” at NSA “Vasil Levski”, Sofia.

I have deep interests in ancient Vedic knowledge, including Ancient Vedic astrology – Jyotish, Tantra, Ayurveda, as well as i-jin, tai chi. I apply Vedic astrology in life – mine and others.
