Elena Stoyanova has a degree in general psychology, and her interests are specifically in the field of sports and organizational psychology. She has six years of experience in collective training programs such as KombatXtreme and Fit & Breathe. Her hobbies are related to water sports such as PaddleBoard and Free Diving, and she has professional experience in PR, communication and branding.

We are pleased to present Elena to the Port De Bras Club System in the Yoga District.

Port De Bras is a system of exercises based on functional and dynamic stretching, with combined arm work. It is used as a recovery and rehabilitation exercise or training, including for the back. Develops the skills and technique of movement. Promotes the harmonious and full use of the body’s ability to move.

The format of the lesson is prepared with different levels of training and does not require special skills and special education. The duration of the practical part of the lesson is up to 55 minutes, depending on the level of training, consists of parts and exercises, based on integrated stretching methods, the concept of natural movement and balance, built in a certain order and sequence, using exercises for posture, flexibility, functional training.
