My first encounter with yoga was in 2013. At that time I was working in the field of Tourism – a very dynamic environment, sometimes stressful. So I started looking for ways to unload my body and mind, which took me to the yoga room. Even after the first practice, I felt not only pain leave my body but also the great calm that overcame me. I started practicing regularly, trying different styles and deepening my knowledge of Yoga. So over time, I began to realize that I wanted to pass on my experience and knowledge to other people so that they could experience the many benefits of practice. And for me, there is no greater satisfaction than knowing that I have helped someone. Most people start yoga for its physical benefits, but over time they realize that it is much more. Yoga allows us to connect the mind with the body. In our hectic daily lives, we find less and less time to calm down and find time for ourselves. By practicing Yoga we become more aware, we start listening to our body and giving it what it needs. I believe that in any practice a person can find something for himself, he can feel comfortable on the mat and develop his potential.

My practices are in the the style of Hatha Yoga and include asanas, pranayama and relaxation. In this way we keep the body healthy and toned, and at the same time the mind remains calm.
