Integral yoga, according to the system of Satyananda yoga, which was created with the specific purpose of meeting the needs of modern man, covering all aspects of the human personality. The practices are aimed at achieving physical health, emotional and mental balance. Includes: exercise, breathing, mantras, relaxation, concentration and meditation techniques as well as cleansing practices. The main emphasis is on developing “awareness” and practitioners are encouraged to study all aspects of their personality through yoga.
