I have been actively studying and practicing Yoga since 2010. Over the years, I have become convinced that Eastern practices are extremely effective and useful for everyone, regardless of age, gender, weight or flexibility. Inspired by my positive – physical and mental change and my desire to introduce as many people as possible to the benefits of yoga, 4 years ago I started teaching. But that’s not all I wanted, so a year ago I got my professional qualification first degree as a Pilates instructor under the auspices of the International American Aerobic Association / IAAA /, and to this day I continue to expand my horizons and start training for postgraduate qualification. in yoga at NSA.
