Yoga is a way of life that gives perfect health – physical, mental and moral.
I met yoga 15 years ago by chance. And it wasn’t “love at first sight”, but gradually yoga practices from once a week in a group with a yoga teacher became everyday personal practices.
I discovered Ayurveda 5 years ago and gradually Ayurveda and yoga became a way of life for me – happy, calm and balanced.
The time has come to share all my experiences and acquired knowledge.
