Yumeiho 3rd degree and zen-tai-shiatsu massage, Kriya Yoga teacher
Moksha met yoga more than 12 years ago, filled with intensive training and travel around the world. He studies Ayurveda, is an internationally certified teacher of kriya – hatha yoga and pranayama and has completed a course “Yogic studies 1 & 2” at the Bihar School of Yoga.
From the very beginning of my practice, I had a delicate sense of imbalance, which, although difficult to detect, had settled deep inside me. No matter how hard I tried, I still couldn’t balance my left and right sides permanently. I felt that I was missing something, because despite the intensive practice I could not balance both sides of my body. I was looking for a method that would go where yoga could not. With different experienced masseurs I tried different approaches, all to of whom were great, but they could not reach the depth I was looking for.
I can honestly say that Yumeiho is the best I’ve found so far in terms of restoring body balance. As soon as I felt this special oriental massage, I immediately realized that this is the method I want to apply and be applied to me in addition to the practice of Yoga.
Over the years, I have found that some people need preparation for more serious manual techniques, and this has led me to my other specialty and professional love, Zen Tai Shiatsu. This modern form of physical and energetic impact has become a great addition and alternative to my therapeutic practice.
