Qigong

This physically-meditative practice allows us to work better and more thoroughly with our Qi-Chi (from Chinese, Breath). Although qigong is considered a martial art, the slow execution of movements and concentration in the breath open up new levels of sensations and are applied rather to unlock opportunities for healing the body and reversing the course of disease. It is possible, through mastering the inner Qi, to unlock healing abilities, as well as other skills that we will tell you about during training.
