Meet Dari, a passionate yoga teacher with an intention to create a space for students to explore and find their own relationship to the practice.
Her love for yoga started at the young age of 11, but it wasn’t until her teenage years that she truly caught the yoga-bug. After being on and off with her practice, Dari found her true calling in becoming a certified yoga teacher. She completed her certification with the Path of Yoga in Thailand and is currently teaching Vinyasa flow in English & Yoga for parents & children at Yoga District Mandala & Amara a few times a week.
Dari’s classes focus on strength, stability, and alignment to attain states of union between mind, body, and spirit. Her inspiration as a teacher is to help her students connect to their breath, trust their bodies, and embrace the unique journey that unfolds through the process of movement, breath, and mental focus. Her classes are designed to be accessible for all levels, with modifications offered for those seeking to take it easy and more advanced options for those who wish to go further.
Dari is deeply passionate about the transformative effects of yoga and the positive community it creates. She loves sharing her knowledge and experience of the human body, health, and movement with her students. So, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, join Dari on the mat to discover the transformative power of yoga and become a part of the community.
Come as you are and let’s flow together!
