Hello, my name is Christiana and sport has always been a part of my life. Over the years I have been involved in aerobics, gymnastics, yoga and pilates. As we know it is extremely important to take care of both our emotional and physical condition. In this regard, it is very important to choose the practice that brings us the most pleasure and resonates best with our needs. Pilates for me is exactly that type of practice – medium intensity, but activating, strengthening and strengthening the whole body. In combination with active stretching, the practice helps to work comprehensively with our physical body, as a result of which we are healthier, stronger, happier and more confident. It is suitable for both beginners and advanced, because the method allows modification of the various exercises depending on the level of the practitioner. It is a pleasure to be able to convey this energy in my classes and I will be happy to share the time that each of you has decided to take to take care of yourself
