I have been practicing aerial yoga since 2013 and teaching since 2014. From the beginning I fell in love with the practice, which is different from classical yoga. I had the opportunity to closely examine its effects on my body. I started this practice when I was in very poor physical shape and was pleased to notice how the aerial yoga swing allowed me to perform exercises and poses that were otherwise very difficult to perform on land even for people in excellent physical shape. Mine improved significantly, which had a tangible positive effect on my spiritual state. I also saw the effect on other people. All, without exception, come out of relaxation after the practice with a smile. Over time, I realized that I wanted to do aerial yoga professionally. Overall, so far, yoga has changed my way of thinking and attitude towards life and everything in it. It is my sincere desire to help as many people as possible become familiar with aerial yoga. In 2015, I also trained as an instructor in the classical (Hatha) yoga system of Shivananda Yoga Alliance (RYT-200). In short, aerial yoga improves the state of mind and body, without being accompanied by extraordinary physical efforts. And the relaxation at the end of each practice invigorates the body and spirit, and then you are ready to face the rest of the day with a smile and a good mood. I forgot to tell you, besides everything… we always have fun!
