My name is Ivona and I am a certified Vinyasa and Hatha yoga teacher.
Before indulging in this gentle and healing practice, I spent 5 years in combat sports,
where I learned a lot about the mechanics, the strengths and weaknesses of our body and psyche.
I also observed man’s desire to dominate and dominate others, and so I learned
to motivate and invite people to focus solely on themselves. To laugh with
his ego when he tries to dominate their lives.
Yoga has always “used” me to myself over the years, but I always put it off for “after”.
to focus on the “heavy” sports – boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. However, when
I was going through deeply transformative moments in my life, yoga was there for me
find strength in softness and allow myself to play – to take myself less seriously and
to have more fun.
As a teacher, it is an absolute honor and pleasure for me to accompany people in
improving play through yoga. It’s a real joy to know that a small detail is
improved someone’s day, week, prakika – and that is the magic of yoga.
