Hello! My name is Katrin Hristova and I lead Pilates classes. Ballroom movement has been a part of my conscious life since I started doing classical ballet at my mother’s school. Over the years I have practiced different types of dance and also fitness. After a serious illness, I discovered Pilates as a restorative and strengthening movement, since then it has been a part of my daily life. Pilates is control not only over the body, but also over the mind. As a student, I am happy to share that it also helps with concentration. I combine everything learned in a medium-intensity practice, at which I welcome with a smile anyone ready to give themselves an hour of health!
