My first encounter with yoga was more than 20 years ago and since then it has been an integral part of my life. I practiced Ashtanga yoga for many years, I liked the dynamics, but I am a person who likes to study in depth what I get into, and Ashtanga yoga did not answer all my questions, and I felt that something was missing in the practice. Then I discovered the Iyengar Method and found what was missing. I successfully completed the first training for teachers in Bulgaria according to the B. K. S. Iyengar methodology, which is only the beginning of a constant self-improvement. My pregnancy and childbirth made me think even more about the meaning of physical practice and pay more attention to the specifics of women’s activities, undergoing training on this topic.
