I started practicing yoga in 2009, and in 2016 I took my first course to become an instructor. After that, I attended trainings on Yoga during pregnancy, Yoga for children, In yoga, Aerial yoga. In 2023 I completed my studies at the National Academy of Sciences, compatible with the Bulgarian one yoga federation, with specialist Yoga Trainer. But learning is a lifelong journey.
In my practices I try to keep the authenticity of yoga and give something from myself, so that everyone can touch his true essence again.
