Stefana Alexova – Fanny is an Aerofit instructor at the Mandala Center since 2018. From an early age, she was involved in various sports.
After training intensively for seven years in judo, she began working as an assistant coach. In this way, she gained experience in working with children, adolescents and the elderly. Her love for sports and her various interests push her to another favorite sport – snooker. Thus, in 2015, she became an international snooker referee and since then has refereed numerous tournaments in Bulgaria and the world.
Driven by her desire to develop herself, in 2017 she enrolled to study “Conditioning” at the NSA and soon after began leading group aerobics classes.
Since 2019, she has been part of the “Studio 7 group” team as a trainer leading individual functional training and training performed on the Pilates reformer.
She shares: “I love being in nature, feeling the rays of the sun, walking barefoot, lying in the meadows and breathing, living! Movement has always been a constant part of my life. I like to challenge myself and try to get out of my comfort zone, because I believe that is where the key to success and happiness lies. I invite you to challenge yourself with me in the Aerofit practices where we will sink into the hammocks, feel the body and gravity and FLY!”
In 2020, she created her practice called “Body project”, aimed at improving the physical, functional and mental ability of the body. The combination of high-intensity, conditioning and functional training improves the cardio-respiratory and cardiovascular systems.
