Hello, my name is Tanita and our yoga paths crossed in 2016. Then I started practicing yoga as a way to move, tone and release energy. Since then, yoga has become an invariable part of my life and daily routine. Now as a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher (YTT200), I can confidently say that yoga is a complete philosophy of life and it is practiced more outside the gym. Through breathing practices, meditation and yoga practices, I rediscover the connection between body, mind and spirit every day. Yoga helps me to center myself, to be more focused in my daily life and to be in good physical shape. In my aerial yoga practices, I would like to immerse you in the world of yoga while using the swings to overturn our usual perceptions. During the practices, we will detach ourselves from the world, we will transport ourselves to a calm and safe atmosphere, we will set personal goals and intentions, which we will manifest to the universe through physical activity. We will challenge ourselves by detaching ourselves from the earth, we will fly to connect with our inner self, with our highest purpose to strengthen our connection between body, mind and spirit. Each practice ends with a short meditation as a way of centering and preparing to meet the challenges of the day.
