I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years, and what continues to inspire me is the connection between mind, body and spirit that yoga creates – a process that is constantly evolving, both on and off the mat.
I love the way yoga makes me feel, and I want to share that feeling with anyone who joins my class.
The style of yoga I teach is Vinyasa Flow. My classes start with a short relaxation, during which we tune in for the upcoming practice to be not only physically but also mentally in the hall. Going through various asanas in a smooth flow, we can feel the benefits of dynamic yoga practice – the synchronicity between breath and movement and the pleasant warming up of the body. During the classes we improve our strength, stability and flexibility. But the asanas do not just move our body, their performance helps us find peace within ourselves and prepares us for the last part of the practice – meditation.
