Hello! My name is Vera, I am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and Yoga Therapist. The main goal of my activity is to improve the quality of human life. My principles of training are training the body for pleasure and without fanaticism, attentiveness and awareness of what is happening on the mat. I use a therapeutic approach and techniques tested on myself and teaching experience. I enjoy working with both complete beginners and advanced ones. Tasks that I am approached with: – Eliminate back pain, improve posture – Develop flexibility, plasticity – Strengthen the muscular corset of the whole body – Relax, replenish strength – Relieve stress – Improve women’s health – Improve well-being and quality of life – and other individual tasks .
