My name is Veronica and I have been a yoga teacher for over 3 years now. The style I most often teach is Vinyasa Flow – a dynamic and at times challenging yoga practice, the physical part of which focuses on strengthening the muscles as well as building flexibility and mobility in the body. The classes always include useful breathing and meditation techniques, through which an overall sense of balance and excellent physical and mental health is achieved.
Classes are suitable for both advanced and complete yoga beginners, as modifications are offered for each yoga asana to make it accessible regardless of the student’s physical fitness.”
