Welcome to a life full of gratitude and joy!
We open the event with a short grounding meditation to connect with the space and the other group members.
Then we set our intentions for the evening and we learn about neuroplasticity and the health benefits of gratitude in its various daily applications.
We follow theory with hands on practical games that teach us exactly how to incorporate the benefits of gratitude in our everyday lives.
These include individual as well as group exercises that train the brain to identify and focus on the various types of gratitude.
You will experience how gratitude can dramatically shift our judgements as well as problem solve almost any conflict.
We finish this training with an open heart meditation and sharing circle.
IMPORTANT: In all of our events we practice the principles of non harming, self care, and mutual respect. You do not have to participate in any of the games or exercises if you do not feel aligned and comfortable doing so.
You do not need to bring anything to this event. All materials needed for each practice are provided.
