Pilates Reformer
About
Pilates Reformer is a specialized piece of equipment created by Joseph Pilates that takes the classical pilates practice to the next level. Instead of exercising on a mat, the body works on a moving platform with springs, straps, and supports. This allows for precise resistance, smooth movement, and deep activation of muscles we rarely use in daily life.

What makes the Reformer special?

Full-body strengthening and elongation -
the training is both powerful and functional, without adding unnecessary bulk

Flexibility and mobility
movements are performed in a controlled way that stretches and lengthens the muscles.

Improved posture and stability -
Reformer exercises activate the deep muscles that support the spine and joints, helping the body align naturally and move with greater ease

Suitable for all levels -
from beginners to professional dancers and athletes, since the springs can be individually adjusted

Therapeutic effect -
also used in rehabilitation after injuries, as it strengthens the deep stabilizing muscles
Who is it for?
If you want to build functional strength, elegant posture, and a mindful connection with your body, Reformer training is an excellent choice. It’s suitable for anyone who:
wants toned and sculpted muscles without excessive strain
prefers controlled yet effective movements instead of fast, chaotic workouts
seeks balance between strength and flexibility, with a sense of fluidity and freedom
needs to release tension and restore energy
Energy & Results
Reformer workouts combine concentration, breath, and movement into a seamless flow. They awaken deep muscles and build a strong core. Over time, the results become both visible and tangible:
a stronger, more engaged “corset” of the body (abs and back)
better control and coordination of movement
upright, naturally lengthened posture
more energy and ease in daily life
Pilates Reformer is not just a workout, but a mindful movement practice – for a body that feels strong, light, and aligned from the inside out.
